By booking the Villa (Plein Ciel) you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Reservations and bookings are accepted on the basis of the conditions shown below. In signing the booking form you are deemed to have agreed these terms and conditions.
2. The property is let for holiday use only and no rights exist for the guest or other persons to remain in the accommodation beyond the date of letting.
3. The property will not be considered booked until a deposit is accepted and been acknowledged by either NK & ML Savory.
4. In signing the booking form the person making the booking certifies that they are authorised to sign the booking form on behalf of all persons who will occupy the property during the letting period. In doing so you acknowledge that the other guests are all aware of the booking conditions.
5. Unless by prior written agreement, the accommodation shall not be occupied by more than 8 people in total, including any children. Exceeding this number will be a breach of contract.
6. Care must be taken of the property and the guests must leave it in a clean and tidy condition. All furniture should be returned to the place in which it was found at the start of your holiday.
7. In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your holiday the full fee remains payable and no refund will be made.   Should the cancellation occur 4 weeks prior to the letting period we shall endeavour to secure another letting of the property at the same rent, if successful your money will be refunded subject to a small administrative charge.  We shall be under no further liability to you.
8. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover any eventuality that might prevent you from taking your holiday.
9. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, the property is unavailable for letting we shall refund the fee paid but we shall have no further liability to you.
10. The owners and their servants reserve the right to reasonable access to the property during the letting period to carry out any essential repairs.
11. Once a deposit is paid the final balance of rent is due 8 weeks before the letting is due to commence. This is shown as the due date on the booking form. Non payment by the due date will be considered as a cancellation. In the event of a booking being made within 8 weeks of the holiday letting the full rent is due at the time of booking.
12. Pets are not allowed as part of this letting and smoking within the house is strictly forbidden.
13. Unless otherwise stated, occupation of the house will be from 4.00pm on the first day of the holiday letting and departure must be by 10.00am on the final day of your holiday.
14. Long weekend lettings will be available during the winter months only – at our discretion
15. Guests are asked to generally respect the neighbouring properties by not making excessive noise, or   playing music to an excessive volume.
16. The use of the property, its amenities and facilities are entirely at the guests risk and no responsibility can be accepted by the owners for any injuries to persons or for any loss or damage to the guest’s belongings. The owners or their servants will not be liable for accidental damage, direct or consequential loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to persons or property which the guests or any other person may suffer arising out of or in any way connected with the letting howsoever caused.
17. Guests must ensure that they properly supervise infants or minors at all times.
18. The owners can not be held responsible for any holiday fairs, fetes, events or festivals occurring during the letting period nor for any building works being carried out in the vicinity or neighbouring properties.
19. Any damage or breakages that occur during the letting period must be reported so that arrangements can be made to repair or replace these items for the benefit of future guests. An appropriate charge may be made.
20. A full information pack for guests is available in the house.
21. French law requires that the Safety pool cover is replaced when ever an adults is not present and children should be supervised at all times.
